Eligibility

To be eligible for this program you must be licensed to perform permanent hair removal through the use of the modalities of thermolysis, galvanic or both in the jurisdiction of your services.

  (Written on an occurrence basis with limits up to $1 Million per occurence/$1 Million aggregate)

• Professional Liability
  (Up to Defined General Liability, Limits up to $1 Million)
